Common questions.
How is the travel charge calculated?
The first 10 miles from the North Yorkshire YO51 area are free. Above that, add £1 for each whole mile: an 11-mile visit is £1 and a 25-mile visit is £15. The postcode tool gives an initial straight-line estimate; the final driving-distance charge is confirmed before the booking.
Can I book outside the 50-mile radius?
The standard mobile area is limited to 50 miles. Traders, garages and fleets can contact us about larger or grouped jobs outside the normal radius.
Is the annual recheck available to new customers?
No. The £85 annual recheck is for returning customers who have already completed an eligible Aviloo battery health check.
Is selecting a slot a confirmed booking?
Not yet. The website prepares an email with your preferred slot. Your appointment is confirmed when TIM EV Battery Diagnostics replies.
